To start with, its made from hard anodized aluminium with a ceramic non stick coating on the inside, and the heat resistant silicone coated handles are integrated into the pot, rather than having a separate clip on pan handle. The lid is made from transparent BPA free plastic with grip friendly silicone, and can also be used as a colander. Thats all good stuff light, tuff, handles you cant lose, non stick, insulated lid you can see through and use for straining. But the really clever bit is the fact that it saves on fuel. Integrated into the base of the pan is a heat exchanger, which stops the heat from your stove escaping more of the heat being directed into your food means less fuel needs to be burnt to get it there.
